Return Policy:
Fly Fish Mart offers a 'no hassle' return policy. You may return item(s) via mail or at our Lake Orion, MI store. Items eligible for return must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and accessories. You may return the item(s) to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD’s are not accepted. Send Returns and Exchanges to:

Items covered by manufacturer’s warranty may be returned on an inspection basis only. Please contact our Customer Service department at 866-393-1501.
If the package was damaged during shipment, please call Customer Relations before returning.
If we made a mistake on your order, your return service shipping will be reimbursed.
Please allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for a return or exchange.

Shipping Policy:
FlyFishMart.com is offering FREE ground shipping for a limited time only.
All in-stock orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipping UPS Ground same day. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3 – 6 business days. Weekends and holidays will delay shipment. Some restrictions apply – see below.
If you choose to ship your order Express or Overnight:
Express shipping is via UPS Air. The delivery for your in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday through Friday) will be 2 - 3 business days after the order is received.

Large and/or heavy items may require additional charges.
Overnight shipping is via UPS Express. Your in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday through Friday) will be delivered the next business day. For this service, add $20 to Standard Express rate ($30 for AK and HI).
